Mini-stage pour les coureurs UFOLEP

Samedi 1er mars, plus de 15 coureurs ont participé à la 1ère étape du mini stage de début de saison route du CCO. Une réunion au préalable a permis à chacun de se présenter et faire connaissance puis une petite sortie bien sympathique pour se mettre en jambes.

Dimanche 2 mars, un groupe de 15 coureurs ont effectué une belle sortie de 83 km, 30,4 km/h de moyenne et 300 m de dénivelé. Préparation en vue de la reprise des courses le 9 mars à Crespin.

Prochaine sortie collective, samedi 8 mars. rdv 8h50 et départ 9h pour 2h / 2h30. Allure modérée et circuit peu vallonné.
